1. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

2.Full settlement of fees is required upon completion of the course to receive certificates.

3. A full refund is available if a course is cancelled no later than 10 working days before the course commences, otherwise the full course fees will be payable.

4. MCM Forklift Training reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule courses due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be returned.

5. Every effort is made to ensure notes, presentations, and any relative training material is correct at time of print. MCM Forklift Training accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions.

6.MCM Forklift Training reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or cancel any training course for various reasons, with the following list not being exhaustive;

        a. Failure to provide proof of a current LOLER for the equipment to be used for training.

        b. Any dangerous faults detected on the equipment during the course leading to the unsafe use of the equipment.

        c. The instructor suspects the student is under the influence of any alcohol or drugs.

        d. The student demonstrates unruly behaviour of any kind while on the equipment.

        e. We will not tolerate any verbal, physical or racial abuse to any members of staff, or any member of the public in anyway whatsoever.

        f. Dangerous or reckless behaviour whether driving or not, in any manner.

        g. The trainee appears to be physically incapable to complete the course or the instructor deems a lack of mobility puts the trainee, instructor or public in potential danger.
