Forklift Training Terms and Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be made on completion of the course. Certificates will only be issued once full payment has been received.
Cancellations made no later than 10 working days prior to the course date will receive a full refund of any fees paid. Cancellations made within 10 working days of the course date will be charged in full.
MCM Forklift Training reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any course due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
Every effort is made to ensure that all training materials and content are accurate at the time of delivery. MCM Forklift Training accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions.
MCM Forklift Training reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, terminate, or cancel training in the following circumstances (this list is not exhaustive):
i. Failure to provide valid LOLER certification for the equipment to be used
ii. Unsafe or faulty equipment identified during the course
iii. Any trainee suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs
iv. Unruly, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour
v. Any verbal, physical, or discriminatory abuse towards staff or others
vi. Dangerous or reckless behaviour at any time
vii. Where a trainee is deemed physically unable to complete the training safely
The customer is responsible for ensuring that:

MCM Forklift Training shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue, or downtime resulting from training delivery or cancellation.
